Description

GUI wrapper for the calculateSpike function.

Usage

calculateSpike_gui(

  savegui = NULL,
  debug = FALSE,

)

Arguments

env

environment in which to search for data frames.

savegui

logical indicating if GUI settings should be saved in the environment.

debug

logical indicating printing debug information.

parent

widget to get focus when finished.

Details

Simplifies the use of the calculateSpike function by providing a graphical user interface.
