Usage

mcmcTraces(fit, plots = "all")

Arguments

fit

An object of class fitTK

plots

A string selecting the parameters. Defaults is "all" and select all parameters. Deterministc parameters can be selected by setting "deterministic" and stochastic parameter with "stochastic"

Value

A traceplot of class ggplot.
