Scaling for the Indicator Potential
Description
Transformation of estimated contrasts to indicator potential.
Usage
beta2i(x, scale = 1)
Arguments
x |
numeric, real valued coefficients. |
scale |
numeric, scaling constant. |
Value
Returns a numeric vector (I = abs(tanh(x * scale))).
