plotGraphs(dataMatrix = NULL, inferredGraph = NULL, binaryTruth = NULL)

Arguments

dataMatrix

observed data matrix

inferredGraph

graph inferred by the multiple testing procedure via graphInference()

binaryTruth

true binary graph

Value

a list of FDR and TDR values, if possible
