rare_curve {mobsim} | R Documentation |
Species rarefaction curve
Description
Expected species richness as a function of sample size
Usage
rare_curve(abund_vec)
Arguments
abund_vec |
Species abundance distribution of the community (integer vector) |
Details
This function essentially evaluates spec_sample
for
sample sizes from 1 to sum(abund_vec)
. It is similar to the function
vegan:rarecurve
in the R package vegan
.
Value
