Predictions plot for SIMCAM model

Description

Makes a plot with class predictions for calibration dataset.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'simcam'
plotPredictions(
  obj,
  nc = seq_len(obj$nclasses),
  main = "SIMCAM Predictions (cal)",
  ...
)

Arguments

obj

a SIMCAM model (object of class simcam)

nc

vector with class numbers to make the plot for.

main

plot title.

...

most of the graphical parameters from mdaplotg function can be used.
