Format a string with arguments
Description
Substitutes the arguments into the argument str. See the examples below.
Usage
format(str, ..., context = "normal")

'normal' or 'R' |

the resultant string

jmvcore::format('the {} was delish', 'fish')
# 'the fish was delish'
