aquarium_mod {isotracer} | R Documentation |
A simple aquarium network model, ready to run
Description
This network model is the model used in the Quick Start tutorial
vignette. It is ready to be run at once with run_mcmc
.
Usage
aquarium_mod
Format
An object of class networkModel
(inherits from tbl_df
, tbl
, data.frame
) with 1 rows and 4 columns.
Details
The code used to built the model is given in the example section below.
The aquarium_run
dataset is a corresponding MCMC run.
