Curve Karcher Covariance

Description

Calculate Karcher Covariance of a set of curves

Usage

curve_karcher_cov(v, len = NA)

Arguments

v

array of sizes n \times T \times N for N shooting vectors of dimension n evaluated on a grid of T points

len

lengths of curves (default = NA)

Value

K covariance matrix
