Vector of log-transformed sequencing depths

If skewed-normal should be used

Maximum number of optimization rounds

optim.epsilon

Minimum difference considered negligible

n.total

Global number of windows

merge.logdist

Attempted merge.logdist parameter

verbose

If verbose

If log-transformed depths

Value
