The Gompertz-Makeham Distribution
Description
Density, distribution function, quantile function, hazard function,
cumulative hazard function, and random generation for the Gompertz-Makeham
distribution with parameters shape
and scale
.

Arguments

The Gompertz-Makeham distribution with scale

Invalid arguments will result in return value NaN
