type	code for study design.
dose	assigned dose levels.
cases	number of cases for each exposure level.
peryears	amount of person-time for each exposure level.
logrr	natural logarithm of the adjusted "relative risks".
se	standard error for the logarithm of the adjusted "relative risks".
