Data frame with 31 rows and 16 columns. Definition of inputs (X) and outputs (Y):

x1 = Capital

Total assets (in 100 million RMB)

x2 = Labor

Annual average employed persons (in 10000 persons)

y1 = GIOV

Gross industrial output value (in 100 million RMB)
