Collect acceptance rate

Description

Collects the acceptance rates for each parameter into a data.frame

Usage

collectAcceptanceRates(samples)

Arguments

samples

The output of “runBatchMix“.

Value

A wide data.frame of all the sampled parameters and the iteration.
