Description
This Function is used to plot proteins charge retrieved from "GetSequences" Function.
Usage
PlotCharge(SeqDataObjPath , directorypath = NULL)
Arguments
SeqDataObjPath |
Dataframe retrieved from UniprotR Function "GetSequences" |
directorypath |
path to save Output plot. |
