Description
This Function is used to plot Molecular function of proteins.
Usage
Plot.GOMolecular(GOObj, Top = 10, directorypath = NULL)
Arguments
GOObj |
Dataframe returned from UniprotR Function "GetProteinGOInfo" |
Top |
Number of molecular functions to be visualized |
directorypath |
path to save Output plot. |
