Connect and DOWNLOAD Proteome info.
Description
The function is work to retrieve proteome information based on proteome id.
Usage
GetProteomeInfo(ProteomeID , directorypath = NULL)
Arguments
ProteomeID |
Proteome ID from UniProt |
directorypath |
path to save CSV file containig results returened by the function. |
