Haplotype identifier
Description
Generation of the input haplotype ID, i.e. the concatenation in string form of the names of the alleles constituting this haplotype.
Usage
IDhaplotypeGeneration(dl, hl)
Arguments
dl |
the diploid haplotype as a character (or factors) vector. |
hl |
the haploid haplotype as a character (or factors) vector. |
Value
The haplotype ID as a character string.
