Euclidean Distance for Permutations
Description
Euclidean distance for permutations, scaled to values between 0 and 1:
d(x,y) = \frac{1}{r} \sqrt(\sum_{i=1}^n (x_i - y_i)^2)
where n is the length of the permutations x and y, and scaling factor r=sqrt(2*4*c*(c+1)*(2*c+1)/6)
with c=(n-1)/2
(if n is odd)
or r=sqrt(2*c*(2*c-1)*(2*c+1)/3)
with c=n/2
(if n is even).
