Description
Calculates the Normalized mean squared error (NMSE) from observed and predicted values.
Usage
nmse(o, p)
Arguments
o |
A numeric vector. Observed values. |
p |
A numeric vector. Predicted values. |
Details
Interpretation: smaller is better.
Value
Normalized mean squared error (NMSE)
