Description
Calculates the Mean squared error (MSE) from observed and predicted values.
Usage
mse(o, p)
Arguments
o |
A numeric vector. Observed values. |
p |
A numeric vector. Predicted values. |
Details
Interpretation: smaller is better. This metric is sometimes called mean squared deviation (MSD or RMSD2).
Value
Mean squared error (MSE).
