Translate cellComparison objects to data frame

Description

Versions of a data set can be cellwise compared using cells. The result is a cellComparison object, which can usefully be translated into a data frame.

Usage

as.data.frame(x, row.names = NULL, optional = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

Object to coerce

row.names

ignored

optional

ignored

...

arguments passed to other methods

Value

A data frame with the following columns.

• status: Row names of the cellComparison object.

• version: Column names of the cellComparison object.

• count: Contents of the cellComparison object.
