Description
Plots diagnostics and results of the runtsir function.
Usage
plotres(dat, max.plot = 10)
Arguments
dat |
the list produced from the runtsir, mcmctsir, and simulatetsir function. |
max.plot |
the number of individual stochastic simulations to plot. Defaults to 10. |
