separability

Description

Calculates variety of two-class sample separability metrics

Usage

separability(
  x,
  y,
  plot = FALSE,
  cols = c("red", "blue"),
  clabs = c("Class1", "Class2"),
  ...
)

Arguments

x

X vector

y

Y vector

plot

plot separability (TRUE/FALSE)

cols

colors for plot (must be equal to number of classes)

clabs

labels for two classes

...

additional arguments passes to plot
