Usage

Arguments

xi

the three-element vector of (a=e^\alpha, b=e^\beta, c=e^\gamma)

interimData

the interim data

pi0

the value \pi_0

pi1

the value \pi_1

eta.hyp

The hypothesised difference d in the alternative hypothesis

Details

This uses the reparametrization above in terms of (a,b,c) rather than (\alpha, \beta, \gamma )
