Roclet: check presence of ⁠@examples⁠ in documentation for exported functions

Description

This roclet checks presence of ⁠@example⁠/⁠@examples⁠.

Generally you will not call this function directly but will instead use roxygen2::roxygenise() specifying this roclet.
