Description

Compute relative excess correlation (REC) matrix among variables in supplied data.

Usage

cor.rec(data, na.rm = TRUE)

Arguments

data

A data.frame or tibble

na.rm

logical (defaults to TRUE)

A numeric matrix of correlations among variable residuals.
