Description

Tests whether an atom is in a ring.

Usage

is.in.ring(atom)

Arguments

atom

The atom to test

Details

This assumes that the molecule containing the atom has been appropriately configured.

Value

'TRUE' is the atom is in a ring, 'FALSE' otherwise
