Description

Tests whether an atom is aliphatic.

Usage

is.aliphatic(atom)

Arguments

atom

The atom to test

Details

This assumes that the molecule containing the atom has been appropriately configured.

Value

'TRUE' is the atom is aliphatic, 'FALSE' otherwise
