print.PULS {puls}R Documentation

Print PULS Clustering Result

Description

Render the PULS split tree in an easy to read format with important information such as terminal nodes, etc.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'PULS'
print(x, spaces = 2L, digits = getOption("digits"), ...)

Arguments

x

A PULS result object.

spaces

Spaces indent between 2 tree levels.

digits

Number of significant digits to print.

...

Arguments to be passed to monoClust::print.MonoClust().

Value

A nicely displayed PULS split tree in text.
