dpoilog returns the density, rpoilog returns random
deviates and poilogMLE performs maximum likelihood estimation of
parameters for the Poisson lognormal distribution.
dbipoilog returns the density, rbipoilog returns random
deviates and bipoilogMLE performs maximum likelihood estimation of
parameters for the bivariate Poisson lognormal distribution.
