Find halfsib matings in the pedigree

Usage

hs_mate_finder(ped)

Arguments

ped

: A pedigree data.frame. The first three columns (ID, SIRE, DAM) are used.

Value

hs_mates : A data.frame with two columns (SIRE, DAM) representing halfsib mates.
