Usage
pamr.plotfdr(fdrfit, call.win.metafile = FALSE)

Details
pamr.plotfdr
plots the FDR curves from nearest shrunken centroid
classifier. The median FDR (solid line) and upper 90 percentile (broken
line) are shown
