Description

Computes ALR transformation.

Usage

transform_alr(object, ...)

## S4 method for signature 'CompositionMatrix'
transform_alr(object, j = ncol(object))

Arguments

object

A CompositionMatrix object.

...

Currently not used.

j

An integer giving the index of the rationing part (denominator).

Details
