Replacing Upper or Lower Diagonal of a Correlation or Covariance Matrix
Description
The diagReplace
function returns a modified correlation or covariance
matrix by replacing upper diagonal with lower diagonal, or lower diagonal
with upper diagonal.
Usage
diagReplace(R, upper = TRUE)
Arguments
