A dataset containing timeseries of total captures (across all control plots) for select rodent species from the Portal Project

time of sampling in lunar cycles

Total captures of species Dipodomys merriami

Total captures of species Dipodomys ordii

Total captures of species Chaetodipus penicillatus

Total captures of species Onychomys torridus
- year
Sampling year
- month
Sampling month
- mintemp
Monthly mean minimum temperature
- precipitation
Monthly mean precipitation
- ndvi
Monthly mean Normalised Difference Vegetation Index
