Extract Covariance Matrix Parameter Estimates from Objects of Various Classes
Description
It extracts the variance-covariance matrix of the parameter estimates from objects of various classes.

Note
vcov
returns NA
when the diag.constraints=TRUE
argument is used in wls
objects.
