Return estimated transition matrix assuming a Multinomial Distribution
Usage
multinomialConfidenceIntervals(
transitionMatrix,
countsTransitionMatrix,
confidencelevel = 0.95
)
Arguments
transitionMatrix |
An estimated transition matrix. |
countsTransitionMatrix |
Empirical (conts) transition matrix, on which the |
confidencelevel |
confidence interval level. |
Value
Two matrices containing the confidence intervals.
