Operators for IP addresses

Description

ip_address vectors support the following operators:

• bitwise logic operators: ! (NOT), & (AND), | (OR), ^ (XOR)

• bitwise shift operators: ⁠%<<%⁠ (left shift), ⁠%>>%⁠ (right shift)

• arithmetic operators: + (addition), - (subtraction)
