Deprecated Functions in the Package growthPheno

Description

These functions have been renamed and deprecated in growthPheno:

1. getDates -> getTimesSubset

2. anomPlot -> plotAnom

3. corrPlot -> plotCorrmatrix

4. imagetimesPlot -> plotImagetimes

5. longiPlot -> plotProfiles

6. probeDF -> probeSmooths
