Cholesky Factor to Symmetric Matrix

Description

Evaluate ⁠t(x) \%*\% x⁠ efficiently, where x is the (upper-triangular) Cholesky factor of a symmetric, positive definite square matrix. I.e. it is the inverse of chol.
