Usage
scale_color_gsea(palette = c("default"), alpha = 1, reverse = FALSE, ...)
scale_colour_gsea(palette = c("default"), alpha = 1, reverse = FALSE, ...)
scale_fill_gsea(palette = c("default"), alpha = 1, reverse = FALSE, ...)
Arguments

Palette type.

Transparency level, a real number in (0, 1].
