Use FSL's Brain Extraction Tool (BET)
Description
This function calls bet
to extract a brain
from an image, usually for skull stripping.
Usage
fsl_bet(..., outfile = tempfile(fileext = ".nii.gz"), retimg = FALSE)

Note
Functions with underscores have different defaults and will return an output filename, so to be used for piping
