Description

Produce a box-and-whisker plot for clustering results.

Usage

boxclus(d, clusters, legendpos = "topleft", ...)

Arguments

The dataset (matrix or data.frame).

clusters

Cluster labels of the training set (vector or factor).

Position of the legend
