Habitat Suitability Index with Minimum
Description
HSImin
uses the minimum of given suitability indices to calculate an
overarching habitat suitability index.
Usage
HSImin(x)

a vector of suitability indices |
Value
A value of habitat quality from 0 to 1 ignoring NA values.
