desc_get_maintainer {desc}

Query the package maintainer in DESCRIPTION

Description

Either from the Maintainer or the Authors@R field.

Usage

desc_get_maintainer(file = ".")

Arguments

file

DESCRIPTION file to use. By default the DESCRIPTION file of the current package (i.e. the package the working directory is part of) is used.

Value

A character scalar.
