image_Bliss

Description

Plot an approximation of the posterior density.

Usage

image_Bliss(beta_posterior_density, param = list(), q = 1)

Arguments

beta_posterior_density

a list. The result of the function compute_beta_posterior_density.

param

a list containing: (optional)

cols

a vector of colors for the function image.

main

an overall title for the plot.

xlab

a title for the x axis.

ylab

a title for the y axis.

ylim

a numeric vectors of length 2, giving the y coordinate range.

q

an integer (optional), the index of the functional covariate to plot.
