Setting the height of a row in a worksheet
Description
Sets the height of a row in a worksheet.
Usage
## S4 method for signature 'workbook,character'
setRowHeight(object,sheet,row,height)
## S4 method for signature 'workbook,numeric'
setRowHeight(object,sheet,row,height)

Note that the arguments sheet
