Clustering coefficient calculation
Description
This function calculates the clustering coefficients for all nodes in the network given by the input adjacency matrix.
Usage
clusterCoef(adjMat)
Arguments
adjMat |
adjacency matrix |
Value
A vector of clustering coefficients for each node.
