Gets all contiguous intervals of a vector of indices

Description

Gets all contiguous intervals of a vector of indices.

Usage

## Default S3 method:
seqToIntervals(idx, ...)

Arguments

idx

A vector of N integer indices.

...

Not used.

Value

An Nx2 integer matrix.
